Job summary

HIP is seeking a Practice Growth Advisor to leverage orthodontic practice operations experience to drive growth for partner clinics. You will bridge marketing strategy with practice management, focusing on lead response, scheduling, show rates, and conversions.

Ideal candidates have hands-on ops roles in dental/orthodontic settings, can read performance data, coach teams, and communicate confidently with doctors and owners. Remote role requiring US residency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in orthodontic practice operations
• Experience coaching or managing dental/orthodontic teams
• Strong grasp of the patient journey from inquiry to start
• Ability to read performance data and turn insights into actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication with high attention to detail
• Ability to manage 35-40 partner relationships with timely communication

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 35-40 orthodontic and dental partners with high-touch support
• Lead weekly calls focused on growth strategy and performance
• Review KPIs across the opportunity funnel (leads, show rate, starts, ROI)
• Coach practice teams on behaviors and systems to improve conversion
• Explain HIP's marketing strategy and connect it to practice growth
• Develop and present action plans to remove friction points
• Document calls and updates in CRM and project tools
• Collaborate with internal teams to address partner needs
• Identify at-risk partners and lead 30/60/90 day retention plans
• Demonstrate urgency, ownership, and accountability in all interactions
