Qualifications

• Educational background as stated: Bachelor's or Master's in Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years in organizational development, employee engagement, or consulting.
• Knowledge of well-being, change management, inclusion, and leadership development.
• Familiarity with remote-first culture, agile organizations, and digital workplaces.
• Technical fluency with Zoom, Miro, Google Workspace, and LMS tools.
• Strong written, facilitation, and interpersonal communication.
• Certifications in coaching or facilitation are advantageous; DiSC/MBTI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop organizational health strategies and conduct virtual assessments.
• Identify strengths and stress points through structured diagnostics.
• Evaluate leadership behaviors, communication, and trust in remote teams.
• Design tailored strategies to enhance cohesion and psychological safety.
• Advise leadership and integrate wellness into business frameworks.
• Analyze data, deliver reports and dashboards for exec decisions.
• Host digital engagements: workshops, webinars, and leadership circles.
• Coordinate with DEI, L&D, and people analytics for initiatives.
• Support rollout of well-being initiatives and leadership programs.
• Create virtual resource libraries and onboarding modules.
