Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field is preferred.
• Experience in leadership development and organizational change.
• Proven ability to coach remote teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver leadership programs for diverse clients.
• Coach executives, managers, and teams in inclusive leadership.
• Facilitate virtual workshops and asynchronous modules.
• Assess leadership styles and propose development plans.
• Support organizations through mergers, restructurings, and culture shifts.
• Track progress with assessments and outcome metrics.
