• Expertise in Business Process Optimization with proven experience in organizational development and efficiency improvement.
• Strong knowledge of process automation and workflow design.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: ability to assess performance metrics and identify optimization opportunities.
• Experience in measuring workflow efficiency and implementing necessary adjustments.
• Project Management & Collaboration Tools proficiency with Trello, Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Clear and Engaging Communication: explain complex ideas effectively.
• Strong presentation and reporting skills to deliver findings and recommendations.
• Remote Work Adaptability: experience working with global teams in remote settings.
• Proficiency in using collaboration platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Notion.

Responsibilities
