Job summary

OCHIN, Inc. is seeking an Organizational Development Specialist for a 100% remote, nationwide role. You will partner with People and Culture and business stakeholders to assess development needs, design interventions, and strengthen leadership capabilities across the network.

The role includes facilitating programs, coaching leaders, mentoring initiatives, and building practical resources. You’ll use data to demonstrate impact and support a culture of growth across 49 states.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, IO psychology, leadership, HR, business, or related field.
• Three to five years of experience in organizational development, leadership or talent development.
• At least two years of experience facilitating leadership programs and development sessions.
• Experience coaching leaders, giving feedback, and creating development plans.
• Experience consulting with leaders to identify development needs and solutions.
• Experience designing leadership resources, facilitator guides, and workshops.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI tools and their application in learning content creation.

Responsibilities

• Design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate leadership development programs.
• Provide structured developmental coaching to leaders and employees.
• Develop and support mentoring initiatives and program communications.
• Consult with leaders to identify development needs and interventions.
• Facilitate leadership programs, workshops, and development conversations.
• Create leadership toolkits, guides, and coaching resources.
• Support change, culture, and adoption of development initiatives.
• Manage organizational development initiatives with planning and execution.
• Measure program effectiveness using feedback and data.
