Job summary

Pearl Consulting Group seeks an Organizational Change & Transformation Manager to lead multi-disciplinary change initiatives across complex enterprise client environments. Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, business transformation, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of established change management methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR, Kotter, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience developing and executing change strategies, impact assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, readiness assessments, communications, training strategies, resistance management plans, adoption strategies, and change metrics.
• Demonstrated experience identifying, managing, and overcoming stakeholder resistance, including influencing skeptical or resistant stakeholders.
• High emotional intelligence, professional maturity, and ability to read complex situations and adjust approaches.
• Ability to navigate enterprise politics and executive-level relationships with professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution in consulting environments.
• Understanding of People, Process, Technology, and Communications in transformation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end OCM activities for complex enterprise business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans aligned with project objectives and outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, organizational readiness assessments, and adoption assessments.
• Identify change risks, resistance points, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies.
• Develop stakeholder engagement strategies across executives, management, and end users.
• Build and manage change champion networks; create communication plans.
• Partner with training teams to develop role-based learning and knowledge transfer.
• Establish adoption metrics, KPIs, feedback mechanisms, and reinforcement strategies.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and leadership discussions.
