Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, HR Development, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting.
• Strong DEI integration experience in remote/hybrid settings.
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience with asynchronous tools: Zoom, Slack, Notion, Miro, Trello.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement change strategies with stakeholders to improve communication, leadership alignment, and culture.
• Analyze structures and systems to optimize workflows for distributed teams.
• Facilitate training and coaching on psychological safety, inclusive leadership, and communication.
• Use data to drive decisions by surveying and analyzing trends.
• Champion inclusion by integrating DEI principles into strategies.
