Role Overview

As a Remote Organizational Effectiveness Consultant, you will guide teams through transitions, growth, and transformation. You’ll partner with HR, leadership, and cross-functional departments to develop people-first strategies that fuel productivity and boost morale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Change Strategies Collaborate with stakeholders to improve communication, leadership alignment, and organizational culture.
• Analyze Structures and Systems Evaluate workflows and suggest improvements based on best practices for distributed teams.
• Facilitate Training and Coaching Lead sessions on psychological safety, inclusive leadership, emotional intelligence, and high-impact communication.

What You’ll Bring

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Organizational Psychology, HR Development, Behavioral Science, or a related field
• 5+ years in organizational development, change management, or HR consulting
• Strong DEI integration experience in remote/hybrid settings
• Proven ability to build trust and deliver measurable outcomes
• Experience with asynchronous tools (Zoom, Slack, Notion, Miro, Trello)

Preferred Skills

• Coaching certification (ICF or equivalent)
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or agile transformation methods
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication for remote teams
• Cross-sector and multicultural collaboration experience
