Job summary

Dave is hiring a Senior SEO & Content Growth lead to own the strategy and roadmap for organic discovery across search and AI answer engines. You will govern the onsite content portfolio, topical authority, keyword research, intent mapping, and editorial briefs guiding writers and agencies.

You will shape how Dave appears in AI explainers like ChatGPT, Claude, and others, while partnering with Product and Martech to unlock new discoverability tools and track performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, organic growth, or growth marketing, including at least 2 years working on AEO, GEO, or AI search optimization.

Responsibilities

• Define strategy and roadmap for organic discovery across search and AI answer engines.
• Own onsite content portfolio, topical authority, and editorial briefs to direct writers and agencies.
• Lead presence and impact of Dave in forums, communities, and third-party sources influencing search and AI answers.
• Measure and optimize citations, share of voice, and accuracy in AI answer engines.
• Partner with Product and Martech to enable discoverability and reporting.
• Build reporting tying organic/AI-sourced traffic to installs, new members, and CAC efficiency.
