Job summary

ABB Inc. is seeking an Order-to-Delivery Business Lead to own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing operation.

You’ll manage demand, replenishment, production, inventory, warehouse and shipment with an SAP partner, driving fixes and process improvements across a North America footprint. You will report to the Vice President of IT and collaborate with a business sponsor in Installation Products, traveling regularly to plants, distribution centers, and the Cary, NC office,

Qualifications

Degree in supply chain, engineering or business related field.
8+ years in manufacturing or distribution roles across planning, scheduling, inventory, fulfillment or operations.
Experience tracing delivery misses with data and implementing lasting fixes.
Hands-on SAP experience in order fulfillment.
Experience building data tools, dashboards or automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Own on-time, in-full delivery for a high-volume manufacturing business end-to-end.
Collaborate with SAP solution lead to fix root causes and improve processes.
Set priorities for fixes, builds, and changes across plants and distribution centers.
Run short experiments and scale successful changes.
Report results to business leaders and reveal what isn’t working.
