The role blends deep O2C expertise with leadership, stakeholder communication, and mentoring, with hybrid/remote options and a Dallas-area presence where applicable.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting focusing on O2C processes.
• Experience architecting SaaS O2C solutions that integrate with ERP platforms.
• 1+ year of team leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the solution architect for Invoice-to-Cash O2C technology implementations.
• Lead end-to-end O2C transformation projects from discovery to post-go-live.
• Guide configuration and develop solution documentation, specs, and test plans.
• Mentor teammates, support pursuit efforts, and grow O2C capabilities.
• Collaborate with finance executives across multi-billion-dollar organizations.
• Manage multiple projects, scope, and client-facing timelines.
• Develop executive presentations communicating complex processes and recommendations.
• Conduct client training on O2C platform features.
