Job summary

Clearsulting LLC in the United States is seeking an Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager to lead finance transformation initiatives for clients. You will design future-state O2C processes, balance business needs with risk, and guide implementation from requirements gathering through post-launch support.

You will build trusted client relationships, mentor analysts, and contribute reusable tools and methodologies to the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting at large consulting firm or in industry with a focus on O2C functionality and processes, including Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments and Cash & Revenue Forecasting
• Experience implementing O2C Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions
• 1+ years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation for the Order to Cash lifecycle, including current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support
• Analyze current-state Order to Cash processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop clear, data-informed recommendations that balance business needs, risk, and implementation feasibility
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate progress and risks proactively, resolve issues within your scope, and identify opportunities to create additional value for clients and Clearsulting
• Contribute to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools and methodologies and supporting internal initiatives
• Review the work of analysts and seniors, provide actionable feedback, and share practical approaches that strengthen individual and team capability

Role:

Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager

Location:

• Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
• Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing
• Leadership skills and executive presence

The compensation range for this position is $106,000 – 132,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry s tandards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
