Clearsulting LLC in Cleveland, OH is seeking an Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager to lead end-to-end O2C transformation initiatives for clients. You will guide requirements gathering, process design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support while building strong client relationships and delivering measurable impact.

The role requires 4+ years in management consulting focused on O2C, plus 1+ year of people management and experience implementing O2C SaaS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting focusing on O2C, including Customer Master Data, Credit, Billing/Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, Collections, Cash Application, Dispute Management, Sales Adjustments and Cash & Revenue Forecasting.
• Experience implementing O2C SaaS solutions.
• 1+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Contribute across the end-to-end finance transformation for the Order to Cash lifecycle, including current-state assessment, requirements gathering, future-state process and solution design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Analyze current-state Order to Cash processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes, evaluate improvement opportunities, and develop data-informed recommendations balancing business needs, risk, and feasibility.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, communicate progress and risks, resolve issues, and identify opportunities to create additional value.
• Contribute to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge, developing reusable tools and methodologies, and supporting internal initiatives.
• Review the work of analysts and seniors, provide actionable feedback, and share practical approaches that strengthen capability.
