• Experience with ERP/CRM systems and order management software; proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Experience in distribution/manufacturing/plumbing/mechanical products is a plus.
• SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end order lifecycle from receipt through fulfillment and post-sale follow-up.
• Monitor order status, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
• Analyze order trends and data to identify process improvements and support forecasting.
• Maintain documentation and reporting related to orders and inventory.
• Respond to customer and partner inquiries and maintain clear communication to support relationships.
