Qualifications

• 5+ years in Order Management, Quote-to-Cash, or Deal Desk at a B2B SaaS/tech company leveraging Salesforce.

• Highly organized and process-driven with documentation and cadence.
• Ability to see the big picture and surface process gaps before they become problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day order management execution, set priorities, drive month/quarter-end close readiness.
• Review contract-to-CRM validation, verify line items and billing terms, sign off before Closed-Won.
• Represent order management in cross-functional interactions with Sales, Sales Ops, Deal Desk, Billing, Revenue Accounting; partner with Business Systems to automate work.
• Escalate and own order exceptions, revisions, bookings calculations, and order issues.
• Design process improvements; maintain documentation, checklists, controls, and operational metrics for data integrity.
