Job summary

Inside Out Hiring is seeking an Order Management Coordinator for a fully remote role in a fast-paced promotional products environment. You will own the order lifecycle from client request through supplier coordination to delivery and invoicing, using email as the primary workflow hub.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in promotional printing or apparel, near-native English, and a track record of handling high-volume email queues with precision.

Qualifications

• Promotional industry experience in apparel, print, or promo products is required.
• Fluent written English for professional emails and confident English for vendor calls.
• Ability to manage high-volume email workflows with accuracy and speed.
• Strong technical and operational aptitude to adapt to workflows and systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the full order lifecycle from intake to supplier coordination and invoicing.
• Manage email inbox and workflow processes with speed, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators and couriers via email and phone.
• Anticipate production bottlenecks and resolve issues before they impact the client.
• Verify production files and proofs with internal designers before production.
• Ensure order details, specs and pricing are accurate with high quality control.
