• Promotional Industry Experience (Strict Requirement) — hands‑on experience in the promotional products / custom print industry required.
• Language & Communication — near‑native fluent written English for professional emailing and confident verbal English for vendor calls.
• High‑Volume Capacity — proven ability to manage high‑volume email operations with accuracy.
• Technical & Operational Aptitude — quick to adopt specialized workflows, order systems, and software tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the order lifecycle from intake through supplier sourcing, order entry, production tracking, and invoicing.
• Efficiently process and manage daily order operations driven primarily through the email inbox.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, decorators, and couriers via email and phone.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, inventory shortages, or shipping delays and resolve them proactively.
• Verify production files and proofs with internal designers and clients before production.
• Ensure accuracy of order details, specs, and pricing to minimize errors.
