Job summary

HYR Global Source Inc. is seeking a skilled Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Functional Consultant for 100% remote work with EST-friendly hours. You will lead end-to-end ORC implementations, collaborate with Recruiting, HR and business stakeholders, and ensure successful go-lives.

The role emphasizes functional expertise over development, requires at least 12 years IT experience and 3 full ORC deployments, and involves workshops, requirements gathering, testing cycles, and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
12+ years of IT experience.
Minimum 3 recent end-to-end ORC implementations.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ORC implementations from requirements gathering through production go-live.
Lead functional workshops and requirement-gathering sessions with Recruiting, HR, Talent Acquisition and business stakeholders.
Configure and support the complete ORC recruiting lifecycle, including: requisitions, applications, selection, interviews and onboarding.
Troubleshoot ORC production issues and integrations with external systems.
Mentor HCM technical developers by translating functional requirements into technical specs.
