Job summary

Atlas Technologies, Inc. is looking for an experienced Oracle/PeopleSoft Database Administrator to join their IT team. This fully remote position supports the development and maintenance of the Direct Access infrastructure.

Key responsibilities include database installation, configuration, performance tuning, and ensuring high availability. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of DBA experience, alongside possessing a DoD Secret Level Security Clearance.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret Level Security Clearance.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Oracle DBA with in-depth knowledge.
• Strong expertise in performance tuning and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, patch, and upgrade Oracle database software across AWS.
• Perform proactive performance monitoring and SQL tuning.
• Develop and implement robust backup strategies using RMAN.
