Job summary

Kforce Inc. is actively seeking an experienced Oracle HCM - HRIS Administrator for a remote role in the United States. The position involves hands-on support for Oracle HCM and Taleo, ensuring data integrity, security, and reliability for end users.

The candidate will manage daily operations, perform configuration changes, data maintenance, and end-user setup across a large user base. Required qualifications include 3+ years in data analysis and reporting, 2+ years in cloud HR systems

Qualifications

3+ years of Data Analysis and Reporting experience in HR systems.
2+ years of cloud HR systems configuration and administration.
Experience supporting environments with 8k+ users.
Strong client service skills and end-user training.
Oracle HCM Cloud knowledge is the top priority; Taleo is secondary.
Knowledge of security architecture is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage and support daily operation and performance of Oracle HCM and Taleo.
Perform ongoing HRIS administration, data maintenance, configuration changes, end-user setup.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance with company policies and regulations.
