Job summary

TheCorporate seeks an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Project Manager to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions in a 100% remote, long-term contract. You will coordinate HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure the system meets organizational requirements and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities include requirements gathering, future-state design, testing, data validation, and production support, with mentorship of analysts and ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years supporting or implementing enterprise HR systems, with Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
• Experience leading Oracle HCM functional workstreams or implementations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, configurations, integrations, data, and reporting.
• Experience with requirements gathering, functional design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional design and delivery of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, and more.
• Lead discovery sessions, requirements workshops, and future-state design activities.
• Evaluate HR processes and identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and improvement.
• Provide functional direction to Oracle HCM configuration and technical teams.
• Coordinate testing, including test planning, case development, and UAT.
• Support data conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality activities.
• Partner with technical teams on integrations, reporting, security, and interfaces.
• Lead defect triage, resolution, and production deployment support.
• Identify opportunities to leverage new Oracle HCM functionality and enhancements.
