Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead - Benefits to provide SME and advisory support in Oracle HCM Cloud Benefits implementations across client environments. The role is full-time and requires willingness to travel during critical project phases; the candidate can work from anywhere in the US as part of a hybrid arrangement.

You will lead functional design, workshops, and gap analysis, while configuring Core HR, Workforce Compensation, and Benefits with a focus on delivering value

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead with Benefits focus.
• 5 full lifecycle HCM Cloud Implementations with at least 3 focused on Benefits.
• Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Payroll, Global HR or other HCM modules is ideal.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver full lifecycle projects from analysis to cutover.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Cloud tools such as HDL and data conversions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Functional Expert and Trusted Advisor for Oracle HCM Benefits implementations.
• Gain client trust to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide best-practice guidance on recruitment and onboarding processes within HCM.
• Lead design and discovery workshops and conduct gap analysis against requirements.
• Gather requirements and configure Core HR, Workforce Compensation and Benefits modules; lead testing events.
• Stay updated on Oracle features to offer best solutions.
• Coordinate with other IBM teams to implement optimal client solutions.
