Qualifications

• 8+ years of Oracle HCM consulting experience.
• 5+ years of Oracle Recruiting Cloud experience in an Implementation Lead role.
• Certified in ORC is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult on HCM Cloud engagements including ORC implementations and support.
• Lead discovery workshops to define business requirements.
• Design, test, deploy business processes and configurations in HCM Cloud modules.
• Document setups using templates and ensure alignment with client needs.
