Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, HR, CS, or related field.
• 10+ years of Oracle HCM implementation experience.
• 7+ years of Oracle Cloud Payroll implementation experience.
• Multiple full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll implementations as Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll Solution Architect on enterprise implementations.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll solutions aligned with client business objectives.
