Job summary

On-Demand Group seeks an Oracle HCM Analyst/Developer focused on Absence Management. You will own analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, and enhancements within Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management, partnering with HR and IT, and leveraging OTBI and BIP reporting.

Your background should include strong data-analysis skills, experience with Fast Formulas, and the ability to translate HR requirements into effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supporting and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM applications.
• Strong, hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management experience (recent preferred).
• Working knowledge of Fast Formulas (understand formulas and troubleshoot).
• Experience with BIP and/or OTBI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, configure, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management.
• Troubleshoot Absence-related configuration, processing, eligibility, accrual, and data issues.
• Translate HR requirements into Absence Management solutions and system enhancements.
• Develop, support, or analyze BIP and OTBI reporting related to HCM processes and data.
• Participate in testing and deployment of quarterly Oracle upgrades and UI changes.
