Job summary

Azusa Solutions LLC is seeking an Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management consultant to join our team of talented consultants. This remote role involves work across the contiguous US with possible scheduled on-site visits.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion T&L/AM, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to gather requirements, configure, test, and support deployments. U.S.

Qualifications

• Functional Oracle Fusion Time and Labor and/or Absence Management experience.
• Hands-on configuration, implementation, and support experience.
• Experience across the full implementation lifecycle (Discovery, Design, Configuration, Testing, Support).
• Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR and its integration with T&L/AM.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional guidance, data conversion, hands-on configuration, integrations, and reporting support for Oracle Cloud Time and Labor/Absence Management implementations.
• Configure Oracle Cloud Time and Labor and Absence Management features.
• Support requirements gathering, design workshops, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Change Management to ensure seamless integration.
• Develop end-user documentation and end-user support resources.
• Stay up to date with Oracle quarterly updates and assess their impact.
