The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on configuration, scripting, and testing across R2R, GL, AP, AR, FA, and EPM. The position requires hands-on delivery of up to 50% and oversight of governance, architecture, and quarterly release cycles, while ensuring data integrity and robust

Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA).
• Strong knowledge of Record-to-Report processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Hands-on configuration, scripting, and system troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and third-party vendors.

Are you an IT leader who excels at bridging strategic vision with hands‑on technical execution? We are seeking a Lead or Manager to spearhead a major cloud transformation, migrating core financial operations from legacy ERP platforms to Oracle Fusion Financials and Oracle EPM.

The Role (Hybrid – Metro Atlanta): This is a dual‑focus role that balances strategic leadership with active technical involvement (up to 50% hands‑on module configuration, scripting, and system testing). You will oversee technical delivery, governance, and architecture across Record‑to‑Report (R2R), General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and EPM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Architecture: Drive the financial systems roadmap aligned with IT architecture, audit, and security standards.
• Hands‑on Execution: Perform up to 50% direct technical delivery (scripting, module setup, testing, and release controls).
• Vendor & Team Leadership: Govern external implementation partners, direct workstream delivery, and mentor internal team members.
• Close Readiness & Operations: Ensure master data consistency, control compliance, close stabilization, and manage quarterly Oracle release cycles.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA)
• Strong functional knowledge of core accounting, R2R processes, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to stay hands‑on with configuration, scripting, and system troubleshooting.
• Skilled in C‑suite stakeholder management and third‑party vendor governance.
• U.S. work authorization required (no sponsorship available).
