Buxton Consulting is seeking a senior-level ERP coordination professional for a remote role with periodic travel to Farmingdale for test events, cutover, and go-live. The incumbent will maintain the integrated plan, track open items, and support governance through weekly status, decision logs, and pre-reads for the steering committee.

The role requires coordinating across eight track leads and SMEs, with no direct line management, and delivering concise executive-ready updates.

Qualificações

• Five or more years coordinating or managing ERP implementations.
• Hands-on Oracle E-Business Suite experience (Release 12 preferred).
• Experience building dependency-linked schedules in MS Project including critical path and float.
• Experience in Conference Room Pilot delivery models across multiple cycles.
• Working level JIRA skills: versions, filters, dashboards, bulk edits.
• Cutover planning and go-live coordination on at least one production implementation.
• Clear written status reporting to executive audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain one schedule with dependencies, durations and owners; publish weekly status.
• Track open items with due dates and owners; ensure accountability.
• Maintain interface readiness register and weekly updates for Oracle and non-Oracle apps.
