Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of experience analyzing requirements, maintaining functional documentation, conducting tests and interfacing with business users.
• At least 3 years of experience with Oracle Cloud, including 1+ implementation of Risk Management.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash management).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead cloud implementations of Oracle Risk Management with senior team members.
• Drive requirements gathering, documentation, testing, and deployment activities.
• Develop functional setups, run data loads, and support integration testing.
• Partner with clients to design future-state business processes and functional solution design.
• Execute or oversee configuration, testing, and training.
• Supervise junior staff, guiding day-to-day execution and skill development.
