Partner Company in the United States seeks an Oracle Project Manager for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations. The role focuses on leading multi-module projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has strong client-facing skills, rigorous governance, and the ability to navigate complex enterprise environments. Remote work within the US is supported with occasional client-site visits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll projects.
• Experience with multi-module Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and HR/payroll processes.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholder communications.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred for US-Mexico engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations, from initiation to post-production support.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, communications and stakeholder expectations across business and IT teams.
• Coordinate resources across Oracle Cloud HCM, Oracle Cloud Payroll, integrations, reporting, data conversion and testing for seamless execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, governance docs, meeting agendas and status reports.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design reviews, planning sessions, testing activities and cutover prep.
• Act as the primary client contact, providing clear updates and executive-level communications.
