Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Proven experience leading multi‑module Oracle Cloud HR programs across complete lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and HR/payroll processes.
• Ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholders in complex environments.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams (functional, technical, integration, reporting, testing).
• Proven ability to develop project plans, RAID logs, governance docs, and status reports.
• Strong client‑facing skills for workshops, executive meetings, and decision making.
• Excellent written/verbal communication, leadership, and prioritization skills.
• Experience with distributed/remote teams and cross‑border client engagements.
• Familiarity with change management, training, UAT, cutover, and end‑user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM/Payroll implementations, from initiation to post‑production support.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate resources across Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, integrations, data conversion, and testing.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, governance docs, agendas, and status reports.
• Facilitate workshops, solution reviews, planning sessions, testing activities, and cutover preparations.
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering executive‑level updates and resolving issues.
• Monitor progress, identify delivery risks, implement mitigations, escalate critical risks.
• Oversee Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll configurations to align with client requirements and best practices.
• Manage data conversion activities and system integrations, ensuring on‑time deliveries.
• Oversee UAT, training coordination, change management, and end‑user readiness.
• Foster collaboration among executives, business users, consultants, and technical teams.
• Drive stakeholder engagement and proactive problem solving to boost adoption and outcomes.
• Coordinate distributed/remote teams with clear accountability across locations/time zones.
• Support client site visits for workshops and milestones as needed.
