Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Proven leadership of multi-module Oracle Cloud HR/Payroll programs.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementation projects.
• Manage project scope, timeline, risk, communication, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication.
