Job summary

Remote, working with a partner company, seeks an experienced Oracle Project Manager to lead Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations across the United States. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and budgets, and serve as the primary client contact to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in Oracle Cloud projects, strong leadership and stakeholder management, and bilingual English/Spanish proficiency.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience delivering Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Cloud Payroll implementations.
• Experience leading multi-module Oracle Cloud HR and Payroll programs across full lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud architecture, HR/payroll processes, and data flows.
• Proven ability to manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including functional consultants, developers, integrations and testing resources.
• Ability to develop project plans, RAID logs, governance docs, and status reports.
• Excellent client-facing skills with experience facilitating workshops and executive communications.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client-site visits.
• Bilingual English and Spanish proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle for Oracle Cloud HCM and Payroll implementations.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, risks, issues, dependencies, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• Coordinate resources across Oracle Cloud HCM, Payroll, integrations, reporting, data conversion, and testing.
• Develop and communicate comprehensive project plans, RAID logs, governance docs, and status reports.
• Facilitate requirements workshops, solution design reviews, testing activities, and cutover planning.
• Serve as primary client contact, delivering updates and executive-level communications.
