• Client needs an Oracle HCM Cloud Func SME Management.
• Must have atleast 2 Full life cycleimplementation project experience in Oracle cloud COMPENSATION MANAGEMENT.
• Need an assessment of the current client footprint.
• Review functional specs, documentation, and scope of work of the design and manage compensation plans that align with their business objectives, promote fairness and equity, and attract and retain top talent.
