For one of our ongoing projects, we are looking for an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead or Architect. The position is based in New Jersey or anywhere on the East Coast and can be performed remotely.

Requirements

1. 5+ years of Oracle HCM experience is required.
2. Strong functional knowledge in Oracle HCM Cloud.
3. 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect in Oracle HCM Cloud.
4. Experience leading and managing at least two full lifecycle implementations of HCM Cloud as a Solution Architect.
5. Ability to quickly understand HR concepts and apply technology accordingly.
6. Ability to lead a team and be hands-on to assist in configuration as needed.
