Your role, your impact

As an Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead Consultant, you will provide day-to-day support for Oracle HCM Cloud clients, specifically across the Core HR, Absence, Compensation and Talent Management modules using the Jira ticketing system.

This role is open to candidates across Canada.

• Work with multiple clients from various industries, primarily healthcare;
• Deliver training;
• Perform testing;
• Roll out new features with quarterly releases;
• Provide remote postproduction support for live clients.

Keys to your success

• Minimum 6 years of Oracle consulting experience (implementation or support);
• Minimum 4 years of experience with Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM applications;
• Functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Compensation, Absence and Talent Management (Performance, Goals, etc.) modules;
• Proficiency with MS Office products, especially Excel, Teams and Outlook;
• Ability to organize and multitask, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively.
• Experience with Learn, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll (US);
• Fast Formulas.
• French : Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and managers outside of Quebec.
