Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle HCM Cloud modules, strong technical expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze business requirements for Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Learning, Benefits, and Compensation.
• Configure and customize Oracle HCM modules to meet business needs.
• Develop and maintain HCM extracts, BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, and HCM data loaders.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to design, implement, and test solutions.
• Provide ongoing support for HCM applications, including issue resolution, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage data conversions and integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and file-based data imports.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including functional designs, test scripts, and training materials.
• Support quarterly patch updates and participate in impact analysis and testing.
• Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards.
• Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent Management.
• Hands-on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and OTBI.
• Strong technical skills in SQL, PL/SQL, and XML.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, and integration technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of HCM security roles and data security.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.
• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for HCM integrations.
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
