Job summary

IBM Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Benefits Consultant to support US benefits processes and integrate Oracle Cloud Benefits with other HCM applications. This fully remote, full-time role is open to candidates in the U.S.

Responsibilities include advising on benefits administration, enrollment and compliance; supporting Oracle Cloud Benefits configurations; ensuring smooth integrations with Payroll, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as a Senior Benefits Consultant with Oracle Cloud experience.
• 2–4 years Oracle Cloud implementation or support.
• Experience with public sector clients is an asset.
• Experience with monthly/quarterly Oracle updates, impact analysis, testing, and issue resolution.
• Ability to lead the complete software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, configuration, testing, and deployment support.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Consult on benefits administration, enrollment, and compliance.
• Be the Oracle Cloud Benefits SME and configure systems.
• Guide integrations with Payroll, ABM/OTL and Compensation.
• Create and update functional test scripts.
• Maintain processes and documentation; suggest improvements.
• Support open enrollment and eligibility management.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations and data validation.
