Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead an enterprise Oracle CCB upgrade in a remote contract role. You will plan, coordinate, and execute a multi-year upgrade, guiding cross-functional teams, a System Integrator, and software vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals.

This role requires 10+ years of project management experience, PMP preferred, and a Bachelor’s in a related field.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience producing charters, resource plans, RACI matrices and status updates.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience with Oracle CCB or similar utility billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery for the Oracle CCB upgrade.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with internal teams and SI.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks and issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and governance reporting.
• Oversee testing, defect tracking, and release readiness.
• Support change management and remove blockers to delivery.
• Coordinate vendor and System Integrator performance.
• Lead cutover planning and transition to operations.
• Deliver post-upgrade cloud-readiness assessment and recommendations.
• Ensure artifacts are stored per standards using Microsoft 365/SharePoint.
