Qualifications

10+ years leading large enterprise tech initiatives.
Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.
Experience managing scope, schedules, risks, issues, budgets, and stakeholder communications.
Experience producing charters, resource plans, RACI matrices, schedules, logs, reports, and exec updates.
Strong communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery for the Oracle CCB upgrade (initiation to operations).
Develop and maintain integrated project plans with internal teams and SI.
Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, leadership, SMEs, and vendors.
Drive governance processes, stage gates, and reporting requirements.
