Job summary

Eliassen Group seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a multi-year Oracle CCB upgrade from on-prem to cloud-readiness. The role will coordinate cross-functional teams, a System Integrator, and software vendors to meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and governance objectives.

Remote, contract engagement with a focus on delivering detailed project artifacts, governance reporting, and successful cutover planning. Strong communication and stakeholder management required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience leading large enterprise initiatives.
• Proven track record coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Experience managing scope, schedules, budgets, and governance reports.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Knowledge of Oracle CCB or similar billing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oracle CCB upgrade and transition to operations.
• Develop integrated project plans with internal teams and System Integrator.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and governance reporting.
• Oversee testing, release readiness, and change management.
• Coordinate vendor performance and cutover planning.
• Deliver post-upgrade cloud-readiness assessment.
