Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead a multi-year Oracle CCB upgrade in a remote, contract role. You will plan, coordinate, and transition the upgrade while partnering with cross-functional teams, SI, and vendors to ensure scope, schedule, and budget objectives are met.

Responsibilities include developing integrated plans, governance, testing, and post-upgrade cloud-readiness assessment. Strong communication and 10+ years of PM experience are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large enterprise technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and communications.
• Experience producing charters, plans, and governance reports.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery for Oracle CCB upgrade.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with internal teams and SI.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, issues, decisions, and dependencies.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, SMEs, leadership, and vendors.
• Drive governance, stage gates, and reporting compliance.
• Oversee testing and QA, including defect tracking and release readiness.
• Support change management and remove blockers to delivery.
• Coordinate vendor and SI performance and issue resolution.
• Lead cutover planning and transition to operations.
• Deliver post-upgrade cloud-readiness assessment and recommendations.
• Ensure artifacts stored per standards using Microsoft 365/SharePoint Online.
