Job summary

Reyes Consulting LLC is seeking an Oracle Functional Analyst with CC&B experience to lead a billing modernization initiative for a major utility client. The Senior Analyst will translate business needs into detailed requirements and collaborate with IT teams and vendors across the project lifecycle.

You will analyze end-to-end CC&B and C2M processes, provide expert consulting on Oracle applications, and support SOX/compliance aspects while traveling to Stockton or San Ramon as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• 7 years CC&B or similar Oracle platform experience.
• Strong knowledge of Billing Modernization and associated processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with technical teams to deliver project functionality.
• Collaborate with business clients and vendors to develop functional solutions.
• Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners.
• Act as a recognized authority with advanced Oracle knowledge.
