Job summary

Creative Solutions Services, LLC seeks an experienced Business Analyst to analyze and propose strategic IT solutions within the utility sector. You will translate business requirements into detailed specifications and partner with IT and business teams to deliver complex projects on time.

You will act as a liaison, ensure SOX-compliant processes, and mentor junior team members while documenting design and technical specifications for CC&B and related Oracle platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of job-related experience with CC&B or similar Oracle platform.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and propose system solutions for business and IT organizations.
• Act as a strategic partner and business and technical liaison.
• Translate business requirements into detailed specifications.
• Develop project scope and provide recommendations on alternative solutions.
• Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Prepare and review test plans and perform quality reviews of test results.
