Job summary

TheCorporate LLC is seeking a Business Analyst in Oakland, CA, to analyze and translate business requirements for the Billing Modernization program. You will act as a strategic liaison between business and IT, coordinating analysis across CC&B, C2M, and other meter-to-cash processes.

Responsibilities include leading projects, guiding technical teams, documenting requirements, and ensuring solutions meet client needs while complying with SOX and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7 years of CC&B experience or similar Oracle platform experience (e.g., C2M).
• Desirable: CC&B/Oracle expertise and certifications where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and partner with technical teams to ensure delivery of project functionality.
• Collaborate with business clients and vendor implementers to develop functional solutions.
• Communicate IT processes to business clients and vendor partners.
• Provide expert consulting in information technology to identify and satisfy business needs.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business cases for complex IT projects.
