Job summary

KellyMitchell Group is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support a major Billing Modernization initiative focused on Oracle CC&B, C2M, and meter-to-cash processes. The role involves analyzing end-to-end billing processes, translating needs into detailed requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders and vendor teams.

The position supports a remote-first work arrangement with occasional onsite workshops in Oakland, CA, and nearby Bay Area locations.

Qualifications

4+ years of Oracle CC&B/C2M experience in complex IT environments.
Experience translating business processes into detailed requirements.
Strong understanding of Oracle utility systems and functionality.
Experience supporting large-scale system implementations or modernization programs.

Responsibilities

Analyze end-to-end billing and meter-to-cash processes and translate needs into requirements.
Review and refine requirements, identify gaps, and document changes for Billing Modernization.
Analyze Oracle CC&B and C2M functionality for current and future processes.
Partner with stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to validate solutions.
Create and review business requirements, functional specs, and design documents.
Support requirements across customer, credit, billing, payments, and rates; assist testing and compliance.
