Job summary

Stellar Professionals LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to drive an enterprise modernization project, converting legacy Oracle Forms into modern Oracle APEX applications running on Oracle 19c. Location is Harrisburg, PA with remote work flexibility.

The role requires 5+ years in Oracle APEX and PL/SQL, strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (19c), and experience with Web Services integration. A background in Agile/Scrum and related technologies is preferred for collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building modern web applications with Oracle APEX.
• 5+ years in advanced PL/SQL (Packages, Stored Procedures, Functions, & Complex Queries).
• Strong knowledge of Oracle RDBMS (19c) and hands-on tool usage with SQL Developer or TOAD.
• Proven expertise in debugging, optimizing, and performance tuning SQL queries and PL/SQL code.
• Experience with Web Services integration and basic data modeling principles.

Responsibilities

• Convert legacy Oracle Forms into modern APEX user interfaces.
• Write and maintain high-performance PL/SQL code.
• Implement application security, user roles, and authorization models.
• Tune database queries and support system releases/deployments.
