Job summary

DRT Strategies, Inc. is seeking a mid-level Oracle APEX developer to support USDA property management systems. You will design and update Oracle APEX pages, write SQL/PL-SQL, and prepare deployment packages.

Remote daily work with a focus on quality, documentation, and collaboration across government teams. 3+ years with Oracle APEX and SQL/PL-SQL required; a BS in CS or related field is mandatory. US citizenship or lawful permanent residency is required for public trust clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, testing and maintaining Oracle APEX apps.
• Strong SQL/PL-SQL and Oracle DB knowledge.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle APEX pages and shared components per requirements.
• Produce code adhering to government-approved coding standards.
• Create technical design docs and complete unit tests.
• Lead design walkthroughs and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Provide LOE estimates for development and testing.
• Prepare data update scripts and resolve user issues.
• Advise on technical upgrades and deployment packages.
