Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, testing and maintaining Oracle APEX applications
• Experience with SQL/PL-SQL programming
• Strong relational database design and Oracle database knowledge
• Ability to analyze problems, create design specs and unit tests
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle APEX pages and components per requirements
• Write code that adheres to government-approved standards and design documents
• Prepare technical design docs and unit test plans; execute tests and document results
• Conduct design reviews, knowledge transfers, and code reviews with government team
• Provide LOE estimates for development and testing for release planning
• Resolve service requests and prepare data update scripts
• Recommend solutions for complex business problems and upgrades
• Provide status updates and participate in requirement/design and release meetings
• Create migration packages and oversee deployment to Test and Production environments
