Everforth Apex Systems is seeking an Oracle Applications Developer to design, develop, and maintain Oracle-based software applications for a government-facing environment. Candidates must be U.S. citizens able to obtain and hold a DoD security clearance as a condition of employment.

Location is remote (EST hours) with competitive pay and benefits. Responsibilities include directing content creation, enhancement, and maintenance, coding, testing, and collaborating with users to refine system

Qualifications

• BS/BA required; MS/MA considered.
• 5 years’ experience with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA.
• Experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, APEX, and Agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in software development and modification.
• Design, develop, code, test, and debug Oracle applications.
• Collaborate with users to define system scope and objectives.
• Plan and manage new application projects with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with standards and document hazards in software systems.
• Evaluate and improve code quality across devices and OS.
